One last thing before I complete my Christmas holiday recap.
In late 2010, I noticed the 600-block of Notre Dame was looking like it might lose another - so I snapped a picture. Returning at Christmas 2011, I noticed they knocked down another one of the old buildings.
This block used to go bowling alley-comic book shop-home-tavern-gas station. It now goes gym-vacant lot-home-vacant lot-Tim's.
Oh well. I thought this image was a neat comparison.
